Detectives from Tower Hamlets investigating a suspected burglary at Westferry have issued CCTV footage of two men they wish to contact in connection with the incident.

The burglary occurred on Monday, April 18, at 9.30pm in the evening at Galley Apartments on Stainsby Road, Westferry. A fire door was damaged but it is still unclear if anything was taken.

CCTV within the apartments caught two suspects.

“Suspect 1” is described as a white man, aged in his 20s, with a brown beard. He was wearing a blue and grey zipped jacket, a dark baseball cap with white lettering, grey trousers and dark coloured trainers with white soles.

“Suspect 2” is described as a clean shaven white man, aged in his 20s with fair hair. He was wearing a blue hooded top, blue jeans and dark coloured shoes.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who may recognise the two men shown on CCTV or who witnessed the incident.
