Show your love for leaves as London Tree Week arrives in Greenwich.

London Mayor Boris Johnson has launched the initiative - the third annual event of its kind - and those in south east London can get green fingered in two events.

First up, volunteer at the Greenwich Meantime Tree and Plant Nursery from 10am on May 26.

Help the team as they spruce up vacant development land with plants to foster biodiversity, sustainability and for nature conservation.

If you fancy a stroll, tag along with a Royal Parks horticultural officer as they point out Greenwich Park’s variety of trees and flower gardens during a walk on May 28, starting at 10.30am.
