It was only a matter of time before we had explored all the pop-up ventures in East London that one serving only tap water was left.
H2Only will be in Shoreditch for one day on Friday, May 29, following on from other single-item hipster establishments such as Cereal Killers and Porridge Cafe.
However, this isn’t another mono-munch venue, but part of a fundraising campaign from the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
The charity’s H2Only challenge, starting at 5pm on Tuesday, June 2, encourages supporters to commit to drinking only water for 10 days (you're allowed to eat) in a bid to raise money for the water rescue service.
The RNLI provide a 24-hour service around the United Kingdom’s and Ireland’s coasts - and the River Thames.
