Police are looking for two men who robbed a couple in Greenwich, stealing a Rolex, Bvlgari watch, mobile phones, a tablet and credit cards.
A police appeal has been launched after the men snuck into the living at a home in Shooters Hill Road on Monday, July 20 at around 10.15pm.
After the robbers demanded cash the 33-year-old male victim led them to his safe where - due to concerns for his safety - he handed over a Bvlgari watch worth up to £3,000.
When he then refused to hand over his Rolex watch from his wrist, the suspects pistol whipped him, tied him up and took his watch. The victim’s girlfriend was also tied up while the men searched the flat and left with the watches, mobile phones, a tablet and credit cards.
The man required hospital treatment to a minor head injury but his girlfriend was unharmed.
Both suspects are described as aged between 25 and 30 years old wearing dark clothing and balaclava’s. The first suspect (ref 187887) is described as a black man who is 5ft 6in tall and the second is described as a white man (ref 187888 ) who is 6ft 3in.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who recognises either or both of these suspects who were caught on camera when they tried to use the stolen credit cards in Peckham.
