The Hayemaker will be treating fans to an work-out session with his trainer Shane McGuigan – son of legendary boxer Barry McGuigan – and will also feature a number of the fighters who will be battling it out on the undercard at Haye Day.

Haye said: “I’m really looking forward to training in front of the fans, it’s a thrill and I always look forward to putting a show on – even in training. I’m working hard in the gym with Shane on a daily basis and I’m looking forward to showcasing the fantastic work we’ve been doing.”

Talking about his upcoming fight, the former two-weight world champion said: “The Cobra poses a real threat – he’s a proper heavyweight – tipping the scales at over 17 stone. He’s unbeaten in 29 fights and has delivered 21 KOs – he is hungry for a world title shot and his physical attributes make his extremely dangerous.”

Fans are encouraged to attend the open work-out session at Third Space Canary Wharf between 12pm and 2pm on Tuesday and are advised that there is limited space and entry will be based on a first come first serve basis. Over 18s only.
