A man has died after suffering serious injuries in Greenway, Newham, in an incident being treating as suspicious by police.
Officers were called at around 1.30am on February 24, where a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
Work is ongoing to establish the man's identity and inform next of kin. A post-mortem examination is yet to be arranged.
Newham officers are investigating together with colleagues from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, led by DCI Ken Hughes.
No arrests have been made and police are asking witnesses to come forward.
