Canary Wharf chef Jonny Rothfield remains missing - and his concerned girlfriend is urging east Londoners to display posters appealing for his whereabouts.

He was least seen leaving his Stratford home - destined for a private dining company at KPMG - at around 5am on Monday.

UPDATE: Jonny 'found safe' after social media campaign

Girlfriend Emma Alter has teamed up with missingpeople.org.uk to create a poster to help with efforts to find her partner and is calling on the community to print and display them in public.

She said Jonny left home on June 15 without his phone and keys.

She said: “He was wearing blue jeans, black boots, don’t know what shirt and possibly a hoody. I was asleep when he left.”

A social media campaign on Twitter has seen #findjonny go viral.

Anyone who might have seen Jonny should contact Missing Persons on 116 000 or call police on 101.
