Detailed plans to build Europe’s tallest residential building in Canary Wharf are set to be unveiled.

The latest proposals for Hertsmere House on West India Quay, will be showcased during a two-day public exhibition at the London Marriott West India Quay.

Greenland Group’s plans for a 67-storey residential tower with improvements to public amenities and leisure space at ground level will be available for the public to view on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4.

The exhibition follows an initial consultation in March.

Planning permission has already been granted for a 242m 63-storey commercial tower on the site but these plans have fallen out of favour.
