Canary Wharf is set to turn blood red as charity runners lap the estate in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Race-day registration for those signed up to take part on Wednesday, June 17, takes place between 4.30pm and 6.30pm with a mass warm up and (thrilling) safety briefing running from 6.10pm.

The Canary Wharf Jog itself begins at 6.30pm with several road closures in place. Full details are available here .

Joggers can sprint jog or stroll up to 10 laps (10km) around the estate with most donning bright red T-shirts from the BHF. They have all been raising money for the charity.

Only runners who pre-registered for the event can take part.

Top spots to watch the action in the sunshine will be Boisdale of Canary Wharf, The Parlour and Iberica's La Terraza.
