Canary Wharfers commuting by bike can boost the benefits by picking up tips at Pure Sports Medicine.

Performance coach James Phillips will address everyday bike checks, as well as posture on the bike, glute and trunk strength and warm-ups and cool-downs.
Meanwhile, specialist sport chiropractor and bike fitter Ricky Davis will hone in on just why the fit of a bike is important.
He will also cover DIY Bike Fit tips as well as how to spot issues with set-up in the Daily Maintenance for Commuter Cyclists session.
