Early risers can opt for the 8.15am Saturday session, or a later one at 9.30am, while the Thursday jog at 7pm is an ideal way to de-stress after work.

The fitness brand is hosting a one of a kind run to “reclaim the extra hour and clock extra miles” which starts and finishes at 1am on October 25.

The fun kicks off at midnight to give competitors time to warm up and socialise at the central London location, which has not yet been revealed.
