If the Paralympics weren't enough of a highlight to my unfit and overweight frame, to showcase my lack of self-discipline, a trip to the Moscow State Circus at the weekend certainly was.

A pleasant afternoon spent at the circus. What possibly could put a damper on proceedings? Only a galaxy of lithesome Russian lovelies.
