There are no train services on the Overground between Surrey Quays and Clapham Junction due to a signal failure.
Engineers are working on the problem, which occurred at Peckham Rye just before rush hour on Tuesday evening.
No trains will run on the DLR from Bank and Tower Gateway to Poplar and West India Quay on December 7 and 8 due to signalling upgrade works.
