Hackney housing prices have risen by 596% since 1995 - the highest percentage increase in all 32 London boroughs.

The average property in the borough is now a whopping £526,000 - 19 years ago it was £76,000.

Tower Hamlets police are appealing for further victims of a photographer who sexually assaulted two models to come forward.

Freelance photographer Shaun Colclough, 40, of Amhurst Road, Hackney, was sentenced to seven years after he assaulted a 25-year-old and 27-year-old at his studio in Wallis Road, Hackney.

This month sees the festival celebrating its 13th anniversary with 15 world, eight European, 25 UK and 15 London premieres.
