The London Assembly has voted to investigate concerns about the relationship between Mayor of London Boris Johnson's inward investment arm and ABP, the Chinese developer which landed the contract to redevelop land neighbouring Royal Albert Dock.

Tower Hamlets should prepare for another round of police cuts, according to the London Assembly member for the region.
