West Ham's Boleyn Ground will be transformed into a residential and retail village by Galliard Group once the full-time whistle is blown on the team's final home game.

The London-based developer today, Monday, reached an agreement with the club which will see it purchase the stadium after the Hammers complete their move to Stratford's Olympic Stadium, in 2016.
