A 39-year-old man is in hospital after being struck by a Docklands Light Railway train on Saturday afternoon.

DLR suspended following track problem

Transport for London says a fault with the Docklands Light Railway track is behind rush-hour chaos on Tuesday morning.

The DLR is suspended between Custom House and Prince Regent while there are severe delays from Beckton. Workers are in attendance trying to fix the problem.


A proposed 48-hour walk-out by Docklands Light Railway staff has been called off after agreements were reached with the operator.

The RMT union made the announcement on Tuesday, just a day before the strike was due to begin.


Extra bus services will be put on if this week's Docklands Light Railway strike goes ahead.

Unions are threatening a 48-hour walk-out to begin on Wednesday over a dispute with new DLR operator KeolisAmey Docklands over outsourcing plans.


Transport for London has revealed it's looking into running the Docklands Light Railway over the proposed Gallions Reach Bridge.
