After a 24 year absence since the closure of its site in Brick Lane, brewery Truman's is making a return this weekend.
Following a £1million investment it's setting up base at Hackney Wick, where it will become the biggest cask ale producer in east London.
Opposers to this year's Brick Lane Comedy Festival have had the last laugh, as the event has been cancelled with less than a month's notice.
The festival, due to feature comedians Al Murray and Ed Byrne, had to relocate this year from the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, after four years at the venue due to a lack of funding from Greenwich council.
