The awards evening celebrates all those working in the local property industry.
There will be a drinks reception sponsored by Gaucho followed by a three-course sit down meal, the awards presentation and evening entertainment.
This year's event was such a success, we have decided to make it bigger and better for 2014 and to make the awards presentation an annual celebration of the property community.
WHEN AND WHERE?
The awards evening will be held at the Hilton, Canary Wharf on Thursday, May 8.
WHAT'S NEW IN FOR 2014?
The awards will be hosted by the wonderful Lee Hurst, well known on the national circuit and on TV.
He is also local to east London and runs the Backyard Comedy Club in Bethnal Green.
Although surpassing the fun we had during this year's build a Lego tower competition will be tough, we've set ourselves that challenge and promise next year's awards evening will be even more enjoyable.
After selling out this year's event, we have also increased capacity for 2014.
We are hoping those who came this year will pass on what a great night it was to others within the industry so many more can join us this time around.
As far as the awards themselves go, we've overhauled the judging process.
Finalists will all be invited in to meet the panel of judges over a day so they can put their case forward in person. For those entering developments, the judges will conduct site visits.
WHAT'S THE COST?
Tickets for the awards ceremony cost £85 per head or £80 for bookings of four or more. There is no fee to enter the awards.
