Olympic Park boat and walking tours to launch

Visitors at the Olympic Park are being offered boat and walking tours of the area.

Trips along the park's waterways will take 45 minutes and run on the Waterworks River, showing off the gardens and Games venues.

The tickets cost £8 for adults and £4 for children for the journeys which are run by Lee & Stort Boat Company Limited.

Tours will run every day until August 31 from Stratford Waterfront near the London Aquatics Centre. Tickets can be bought from the pontoon.

Walking tours are being run by Blue Badge Tourist Guides every Thursday and Saturday at 11am, starting at Pudding Mill Lane DLR station.
