Greenwich Music Time preparations in full swing
Jools Holland, Russell Watson, Goldfrapp and the Australian Pink Floyd are all preparing to star in next week's eagerly awaited Greenwich Music Time festival.
The event at Old Royal Naval College will run from Wednesday (August 20) to Saturday (August 23).
Australian Pink Floyd, which has been performing since 1988 and has played in front of three million people, will be the first to the stage on Wednesday.
Electronic artists Goldfrapp will be performing on Thursday night at the venue, which will be able to hold 5,000.
Then on Friday Russell Watson will be joined by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to perform Proms on the Thames.
The music festival will be rounded off on Saturday with Jools Holland and his Rhythm and Blues Orchestra, with special guests Mel C and Soft Cell's Marc Almond.

- Saturday will also see the first day of the Meantime Brewing Beer Festival at The Old Brewery, also in the College grounds.
That event will run until Monday.
