England rugby legend Mike Tindall appeared at Canary Wharf on Tuesday - the same day he announced his retirement from the game.

He told The Wharf his top five matches and why they meant so much to him.

5) Saracens 50-23 Bath, 1997

"We got hammered so it wasn't a great start to my career. I was in the team one week and then gone the next but we were facing a great Saras team with Francois Pienaar and Richard Hill."

4) England 50-18 Ireland, 2000.

"I scored in that game along with Ben Cohen and we stuffed them. It was a fantastic day."

3) Gloucester 36-34 London Irish, 2006

"The European Challenge Cup final. Club rugby is massively important to me but I've never had that much success with it but this was a competition where I played most of the games and it meant a lot to me."

2) Wales 19-26 England, 2011

"My first game as England captain - it was in the 2011 Six Nations and the first game was against Wales which we won. It's a huge honour to captain your nation."

1) Australia 17-20 England, 2003

"No surprises here. You can't see past that phenomenal victory. To spend four years working towards something and then achieve it in such dramatic style is fantastic."

Mike Tindall was at Canary Wharf's Reuters Plaza on Tuesday as an ambassador of UFX Markets to publicise the group's rebranding to UFX.com. The firm gave away a Lotus sports car as part of the celebration.
