Time to get in shape with this two day event at the Excel, beginning on Friday.

3 West End wartime coming to Canada Square Park
On Wednesday at the stage on Canada Square Park, there will be performances from a host of West End shows.
Oh What a Lovely War!, Sound of Music and Pacific are included in the event which starts at 7pm.
4 See Mike Tindall at Canary Wharf
Rugby World Cup winner Mike Tindall will be appearing at Canary Wharf on Tuesday in a link up with forex broker UFX Markets.
Tindall will be giving away a Lotus Elise sports car to a competition winner at 2.30pm at the front of the Tube station.
5 Children's theatre festival
From 3pm on Sunday at Jubilee Park there will be a family friendly outdoor children's theatre performance.
