Whitechapel death not being treated as suspicious
Police investigating the death of a man who fell from a block of flats next to the Blind Beggar pub say they do not believe anyone else was involved.
The 31-year-old was treated at the scene on Saturday morning but died a short while later. Next of kin have been informed.
Officers said he suffered serious injuries after falling from a second-storey roof on Whitechapel Road at about 9.20am.
In a statement released on Saturday they said they were "treating the death as non-suspicious".
