The cycling competition, now in its fifth year, will see cyclists battle it out to be crowned the best UK team.
On June 5, the tour will visit Canary Wharf in its eighth stage, where cyclists will speed around the estate, covering a 1.1 kilometre circuit, starting outside HSBC near Canada Square Park.
The month long tour series began in Stoke-On-Trent on May 13 and has passed through Barrow, Peterborough, Aberswyth, Durham, Edinburgh, Redditch.
A Pearl Izumi spokesman said: "This year's event provides opportunities to meet some of the top riders from the Pearl Izumi Tour Series, including two former Olympians and a number of tour winners.
"Cycling in the Rapha Condor JLT Team will be Ed Clancy, double Olympic champion at the velodrome in 2012, and part of three previous Pearl Izumi Tour winning teams. Ed will be competing against Ross Edgar, another former Olympian who won on the track that is now competing on the road for Team IG - Sigma Sport.
"Whether you're an avid cycling fan or new to the sport, Canary Wharf is the place to witness one of the best sporting events in the capital."
The tour series will finish on June 13, in Jersey, after passing through Woking.
