Budding football stars can share a snippet of the England World Cup squad's Brazilian experience without kicking a ball further than E14.

Humidity will be cranked up to mimic south American climes at specially-created football pitches in Wood Wharf until the end of the month, courtesy of the Lucozade Sport Conditions Zone.

The drinks brand is inviting football teams from across the country to test their skills in the sticky conditions during a 60-minute match, where temperatures will soar from 32 degrees Celsius and humidity will peak at 80 per cent.

A designated sports scientist will also be on-hand to track the members' movement and heart rate throughout using sports bands equipped with GPS technology.

After the overall two-hour session, feedback on performance and tips on the importance of effective hydration will be available.

Go to registration.lucozadesport.com/book to secure a free pitch, from Saturday to Thursday at 10am until 9pm, until June 24.
