A 121-home development at South Quay, due to be completed in 2017, has been launched.

Housing provider One Housing Group and residential property developer Mount Anvil are behind the tower overlooking Canary Wharf.

Prices for the apartments start at £435,000. Each of the studio, one, two and three beds will feature floor to ceiling windows.

There will also be enclosed winter gardens. The tower will be 109 metres high.

Jon Hall, sales and marketing director at Mount Anvil, said: "Dollar Bay is a stunning addition to one of London's most vibrant areas. Canary Wharf's evolution over the last few years as a place to both live and work has been remarkable.

"It is now one of the hottest places in London to live and Dollar Bay, with its amazing views, offers a fantastic opportunity to purchase a home in this exciting area."

Plans for the scheme were approved by Tower Hamlets Council last March.
