Starring EastEnders' Jessie Wallace, Fings Ain't Wot They Used T'Be is coming to Theatre Royal Stratford East.

The play also features Spandiel Ballet's Gary Kemp and runs from May 8 until June 8.

2 Abseiling in Canary Wharf


If watching people abseil down the side of a Canary Wharf tower is your idea of fun - or even taking the plunge yourself - then be around the estate next weekend.

3 See Miley Cyrus at The O2

Miley Cyrus is bringing her Bangerz tour to The O2 this week.

The Princess of Pop will be appearing at 8pm on May 6.


4 Discover the river in Greenwich

Running at the Old Royal Naval College until May 18 is The River.

It involves photographs of 'beauty, decay and post-industrial regeneration' throughout Greenwich.

The work was put together by students attending part-time adult community learning courses and it's free to see.

This show is running at the Arcola Theatre in Dalston until June 14.


The Totally Tom group have taken on Samuel Beckett's famous play and have given it a comtemporary feel by making the two leads washed-up young drifters.
