A passenger incident at Waterloo Station led to delays across most of the Jubilee line on Wednesday afternoon.

The most heavily impacted part of the service is westbound between Stratford and Green Park but nearly all parts are affected.

Transport for London announced severe delays around 4pm and said journey times could be increased by up to 15 minutes.

They downgraded this to minor delays just after 4.30pm but problems are expected to increase into rush-hour.

Elsewhere on the travel front, traffic is heavy around the Blackwall Tunnel southbound due to an earlier closure of the QE2 bridge due to high winds.

The bridge has reopened but congestion continues.

Meanwhile, northbound at the Blackwall Tunnel is also subject to queues due to an earlier broken down lorry.
