A man died after being hit by a Jubilee line train at Finchley Road station on Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened at 12.45pm and has seen severe delays across the line. The station has since reopened but problems continue.

British Transport Police is awaiting formal identification of the man but are not treating the incident as suspicious.

UPDATE 4.30pm: The Jubilee line delays have been downgraded to minor delays.

However, the District, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines are all suffering major problems due to a signal failure at Aldgate East.
