Olympic hero Mo Farah to visit Canary Wharf on Monday
Olympic hero Mo Farah is the latest sportsman to announce a visit to Canary Wharf this month.
The Newham and Essex Beagle, who scooped gold in both the 10,000m and 5,000m events in front of a home crowd at London 2012, will be at the estate to sign copies of his autobiography on Monday.
Twin Ambitions tells the story of the athlete's difficult move to England from Somalia and his struggles at school, before PE teacher Alan Watkinson spotted his potential as a runner.
The signing will take place on Monday, October 14, in Jubilee Place Mall at 12.30pm.
