West Ham sign Petric after Carroll setback
West Ham have signed former Fulham striker Mladen Petric until the end of the season.
The 32-year-old Croatian left the Cottagers in the summer after a one-year contract expired but failed to land another club. He scored five goals in 23 appearances.
The Hammers snapped up the free agent after another injury setback to Andy Carroll. He injured his foot in training on Monday which may see the record summer signing sidelined. The club is awaiting the results of tests.
