Festival to mark National Paralympic Day
Top disabled athletes, artists and performers are to return to the Olympic park on Saturday (September 7) for a festival of sport and culture, one year on from the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
The free event is being held to mark National Paralympic Day.
The event also forms part of the Mayor of London's Liberty Festival, which has been curated by Bradley Hemmings, one of the artistic directors of the London 2012 Paralympic Opening Ceremony.
The festival will bring the best of deaf and disability arts to the park, including street theatre, live music, and children's activities.
