Good Samaritan has leg broken at North Greenwich

A have-a-go hero was left with broken leg after a savage New Year's Day attack.
British Transport Police have released images of the suspects from the early morning assault at North Greenwich Tube station. The victim was leaving the station when he saw a man on the ground being beaten.

The 42-year-old victim from Longfield intervened and the attackers then turned on him.
He was left with a broken leg and knocked unconscious.
The incident happened at 2.15am.
DC Carl Wayte said: "We've carried out a number of enquiries to try and establish the identity of these men, including speaking to witnesses and circulating images on police intelligence systems, but to no avail so far."
