A signal failure at Pudding Mill Lane caused severe delays on the DLR on Monday morning while the Jubilee line suffered problems due to snow.

Disruption hit the Tube line with the west end of the link suspended in the early hours and then the bad weather caused power supply issues.

Tube journeys were affected from Stratford to Baker Street. Transport for London said the Jubilee line was running without problems by 9am.

However, issues on the DLR continue, with minor delays still existing on the section of train from Stratford to Canary Wharf at 10.30am.

On the roads, meanwhile, there were problems on the Blackwall Tunnel, A13 and the A12. Issues ranged from accidents and broken down cars to a diesel spillage.
