England's head coach Stuart Lancaster arrived at Millwall Rugby Club last week to launch a campaign tasked with improving support for community clubs.

RugbyForce aims to help nearly half of the local clubs in England become more sustainable businesses.

Lancaster, who took over the national side in March 2012, will act as the NatWest RugbyForce ambassador to raise the profile of the campaign.

"Rugby clubs are at the heart of their local communities and we know that they need support to sustain themselves, not only for the next couple of seasons but also for the years to come," said Lancaster.

"Many England players started their careers at these clubs and NatWest RugbyForce will help clubs to help themselves by giving them long term vision and enabling them to think like a business to attract and retain members."

Lancaster and Rugby Develoment Director Steve Grainger spent the day at Millwall Park with the Isle of Dogs' team.
