5 reasons we love Strictly Live!

Strictly Come Dancing Live is coming to The O2 this weekend. We asked SCD fan Lucia Blash why she's so excited
1 Smitten with Smith
Forget Artem! Louis is the man. With his ripped muscles, snakey hips and those dreamy puppy dog eyes, there was always only ever going to be one winner: Olympic silver medalist Louis Smith. His perfect recreation of that lift from Dirty Dancing, with dance partner Flavia Cacace, will go down in SCD history.
2 Judge and jury
We may not have the deliciously dignified Darcy on the tour (Alesha, who?) but three out of the four judging panel's not bad. Len, Craig and Bruno - the good, the bad and the flamboyant. I vote they all go into the next Celebrity Big Brother house - now that would be something to rival the Rylan versus Speidi bitch fest.
3 Beautiful creatures
Hair extensions, spray tan, laser whitened gnashers and false lashes - and that's just the guys. Ooh, to be a fly on the wall to see just how much slap is needed to transform some of those stars into dazzling dance floor divas. Although with all that lacquer being sprayed into the ozone your chances of survival would be rather slim.
4 Dressed to thrill
As we tramp to work under grey, rain-filled skies, who among us doesn't crave a little bit of sparkle? Exquisitely crafted from sequins, feathers, silks and crystals, the SCD costumes are like wearable works of art. In true Mr Benn style, slip into one and you'll be immediately transported from a humdrum world into a magical one, where you become the super sparkling star of the show.
5 Size doesn't matter
Little Dani Harmer, larger-than-life Lisa Riley both prove that it doesn't matter what shape or size you are if you give it a go and you've got even a smidgen of rhythm, you can dance. SCD is all about inclusivity. You need only conjure up images of Lisa's sensational splits to know we speak the truth!
