Milestone passenger rewarded by Emirates
A lucky passenger who made the one millionth journey on the Emirates Air Line will soon be jetting off to her dream holiday destination.
Enfield resident Claudia Wright was presented with two return economy flights from London to an Emirates destination of her choice, following a competition by Emirates and MetroTravel to celebrate the milestone journey over the Thames.
She will now have the difficult decision of selecting from flights to Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Hong Kong, Mauritius and India.
She said: "I was absolutely over the moon when I found out I'd won the competition.
"I haven't chosen my destination yet but I'd love to visit the Seychelles, Mauritius or Australia.
"This will be an absolute trip of a lifetime and I can't wait."
