Cuban 2012 stars enjoy an evening at Boisdale

While most heroes of London 2012 appear to be partying to excess, Cuban gold medalists restricted themselves to a more refined evening at Canary Wharf.

Boxers Roniel Iglesias Sotolongo (left) and Robeisy Ramirez Carrazana (right), as well as Greco-Roman wrestler Mijain Lopez Nunez (centre), enjoyed a meal at Boisdale, the home of cigars, whisky and fine dining.

They were treated to the evening on Tuesday by the Cuban ambassador to the UK.

Boisdale has links to the Caribbean country as owner Ranald MacDonald organises trips there for members each year.
