Lee Evans packs in the crowds in Canary Wharf

LeeEvans142.jpgChristmas came early for comedian Lee Evans as hundreds of fans queued to meet him in Canary Wharf this afternoon.

The funnyman was signing copies of his autobiography, The Life of Lee, at Waterstone's in Jubilee Place mall and copies of the book were flying off the shelves.

Evans, 47, was in good form - not surprising since he's just come to the end of his 67-date Roadrunner tour.
