Bieber fever reaches the O2
Beliebers couldn't get to the O2 fast enough last night as Canada's teen pop sensation arrived in London to play his first date in the capital.
Armed with banners, roses and the obligatory Justin Bieber t-shirt, fans ran screaming from the station to the venue entrance where they joined forces to belt out the singer's hits.
Frankie Martin, 9 and Chloe Good, 8 were at the show to celebrate Chloe's birthday and Frankie was very clear about why they had come to the gig. She said: "He's the best popstar in the world."
The two said they would definitely be screaming prompting mum Michelle, chaperoning the pair to claim she had come armed with ear plugs.
Bieber fever almost reached riot point outside the 17-year-old's Liverpool hotel last Thursday and the performer was keeping tight lipped about his London location announcing only his arrival in London on Twitter at 2.30pm.
The Mirror reported Bieber had been sleeping on his tour bus at the weekend after two fans dressed as cleaners tricked security guards into letting them into his suite.
After the show Bieber who first visited the O2 last month to launch his film Never Say Never tweeted: "AMAZING SHOW 2nite at the O2!! Brought out Craig David which was crazy because I grew up listening to him."
Bieber followed that with the teaser: "2 more shows at the O2 this week...and the surprises are just getting bigger!"
