West Ham and Millwall are both in action in London, while Charlton head deep north to Carlisle in this weekend's three matches.

Newcastle are the visitors to the Boleyn on Saturday, as West Ham aim to extend a four-match unbeaten run.

The Magpies have had an inconsistent start to life back in the Premier League and are without a win in the league in their last three games.

The bottom of the league East Londoners welcome back defender Matthew Upson for the clash in front of the Sky cameras. Kick off is at 5.30pm.

Millwall are back at The Den on Saturday, where they have struggled to repeat last year's form in front of their own fans.

The Lions have failed to win their last five at home. They face Nigel Clough's derby, who are unbeaten in six.

Danny Shittu may not be ready for a start for Millwall after only joining the club on Friday. However, Kenny Jackett has players on stand-by to freshen up his side for the 3pm match.

Charlton visit Carlisle on Saturday, where all the focus is on manager Phil Parkinson following last week's drubbing by Brighton.

Carlisle, in sixth position, are no easy opponents but inconsistency is their problem.

Charlton are without Kyel Reid, who is out for a month with an ankle ligament injury. Either Johnnie Jackson or Scott Wagstaff are likely to start on the left-wing for the 3pm kick off.
