West Ham head into tonight's six-pointer boosted by the return of midfielder Scott Parker to the squad.

Manager Gianfranco Zola will be pleased to have the influential Parker back for a game he described as "massive" against their fellow strugglers.

A win would see the Irons leapfrog Wolves, currently one point above them in the Premier League table, but defeat would leave the Hammers sweating as the relegation heat cranks up.

Zola's side were well beaten at Arsenal last Saturday and the manager will be demanding a better performance than they turned in during the second half at the Emirates.

He said: "We looked very good in the first half and hopefully we're going to be doing that on Tuesday.

"It's massive, a six pointer. It's going to be a massive game, but don't forget that after that we have other games.

"It's going to be an important game but it's not the last game of the season. We have to face it with focus and concentration without doing silly things.

"Wolverhampton are very dangerous. I saw the game against Aston Villa and they looked quite strong. They defend very well and in Doyle they have a very dangerous player in counter-attack.

"I'll play an attacking game on Tuesday but keeping an eye on the back as well."

Parker's return will help, while Kieron Dyer and Danny Gabbidon could also feature at some point.

West Ham beat Wolves on the opening day of the season and a repeat of that 2-0 scoreline would be most welcome at Upton Park tonight.
