Pizza fans get all their Christmases at once

Pizza is not usually regarded as a Christmas dish but one Canary Wharf chef decided to improvise when called upon to serve up a festive treat.
Westferry Circus-based Italian restaurant Prezzo was recently visited by John Frewer and his fussy-eating sons, Louie, seven, and Frankie, three.
Following a tough morning of Christmas shopping in Canary Wharf they wanted a Yuletide treat.
Chef Paul Lewis set to work and although he is more used to cooking up margheritas and fiorentinas, he duly obliged.
The chef's creation was a vegetable-based Christmas Tree style pizza, so big it had to be served on an opened up takeaway box.
Paul said: "I heard they wanted something festive so thought I'd give it a go, it is Christmas after all.
"It's a great alternative way to encourage kids to eat veggies this Christmas, and could be a fun activity for all the family."
Dad John said he was glad the chef could come up with something to please the tired out young brothers.
"The boys were being particularly difficult after a long morning, so I thought I'd ask if there was anything the chef could do," he said.
"When the pizza actually arrived I was taken aback. Louie and Frankie were overjoyed and ate every last bit."
Chef Paul used cherry tomatoes as baubles, rocket leaves as pine needles, peppers as Christmas lights, mushrooms for the base and mozzarella as the angel.
The Prezzo chef said it was easy to make your own creation at home.
"You can experiment though," he said. "You may even want sprouts or turkey on there."
