Brighton 0 Charlton 2

The Addicks went back to winning ways on the road, with Deon Burton and Scott Wagstaff scoring the goals to give them their first away victory since August.
The 2-0 win at Brighton's Withdean Stadium gave Charlton some breathing space over their rivals with Colchester losing to Brentford and Huddersfield drawing to Tranmere.
The two first half goals put the Addicks in a commanding position at the break and, defending resolutely, they never really looked troubled after that.
The opening goal came just before the half-hour when a well placed header by Burton from a Nicky Bailey free-kick found its way past Graeme Smith, giving the striker his ninth of the season.
It took past eight minutes for Charlton to double their account, when Wagstaff, on his first ever league start, scored his third goal of the season.
The young winger fired home following a good cross from Grant Basey.
The Addicks held strong for the rest of the match, with the only downside being a fifth booking to Jose Semedo, which will mean he is suspended for Saturday's home clash with Southend United.
