TV Willie sweet talks shoppers

Chocolate guru William Harcourt-Cooze returned to Waitrose to get feedback from Wharfers on his latest cacao products.
The star of Channel 4 documentary Willie's Chocolate Revolution visited the store at Canada Place last Thursday armed with his 100 per cent cacao chocolate, a new product from Indonesia and some chocolate truffles.
The chocolate entrepreneur, who is becoming a regular at the Canary Wharf store following his visit last year, said: "The people here are knowledgeable and appreciate good food.
"It's great for me to listen to what people say about the chocolate. You can't pay for that sort of feedback.
"It's been very constructive and useful, especially for the Indonesian 69, which has proved popular because it's very different."
William, who was also signing copies of his book Willie's Chocolate Factory Cookbook, said he had been busy with his quest to discover new types of chocolate.
His task is being helped by the web and some computer-savvy farmers.
He said: "Some farmers from Uganda found me on the internet and want to send me some beans they've discovered.
"Also some from Bolivia contacted me to say they have found a natural cacao."
