Leona Lewis books O2 dates
East London's very own Leona Lewis will make her touring debut next year and has included two dates at The O2.
The former X-Factor winner, who made her first live appearance at Hackney Empire last week, will play the arena on June 12 and 14 as part of a 10-date tour of Britain and Ireland.
The Hackney-raised songstress, who has enjoyed huge success on both sides of the Atlantic since winning the X Factor crown in 2006, is delighted to be hitting the road.
She said: "I can't wait to get out on tour and see everyone, I'm really looking forward to putting on a great show.
"Over the last few years I've had some amazing experiences and sung in some really interesting places but it's going to be great to be able to perform all my own material on my very own tour.
"It's a dream come true."
Lewis releases her new album, Echo, on Monday.
