Millwall to face Wimbledon in FA Cup
The long road to Wembley gets underway for Millwall with a home tie against non-league AFC Wimbledon.
The Lions, Cup finalists in 2004, had to wait until last night to see who they would face in the first round and it was the Dons who won through, beating Crawley 3-1.
Millwall will fancy their chances of progressing at The Den against the Blue Square Premier League outfit, although the non-leaguers have made remarkable progress up the football pyramid since being formed in 2002 and will be no pushovers.
The two sides meet on Saturday, November 7.
Meanwhile, Charlton - whose last appearance in an FA Cup final was back in 1947 when they lifted the trophy - have a trip to Northwich Victoria to look forward to.
It will be a significant game for Addicks' winger Scott Wagstaff, should he play. The youngster played five games for the Blue Square North side in a loan spell last season.
The tie will be played on Sunday, November 8 and will be screened live on Sky Sports One, with kick off at 1.30pm.
Charlton's Johnstone's Paint Trophy game against Southampton on November 11 will also be shown live on Sky Sports. Kick-off is 7.45pm.
