Tina Turner, The O2 arena
One not to miss as there's no telling how long Ms Turner is going to keep touring.
Don't let her age put you off though. Judging by the pictures of her performances in 2009 she is still going strong.
It doesn't take a medium to know Goldeneye and What's Love Got To Do With It are likely to be on the set list.
But I suspect few will be accurately able to foresee the awesome scale of Tina's stage show.
Expect lasers, strobes, fire, gold, a surprising amount of flesh and of course one of the biggest voices in soul.
Doubtless it will fill the cavernous arena with ease.

X-Factor Live, The O2 arena

In a patten we are coming to recognise all too well, first the reality TV show, then the all-singing, all-dancing stage spectacular to squeeze the last drips of money from the franchise.
At the heart of it sits Alexandra Burke, winner of the last series of The X-Factor.
But they're all guaranteed to be here, even the ones you only dimly remember. Baby-faced Quigg, Diana something, oh and that boy band.
Burke, pictured, is of course destined for stardom.
As for the rest, this may be the last time they're paraded for our entertainment before quietly dropping from view.

Enterprise 09, The Space

The Space is looking for creative types interested in publishing their works on the opening night of its Enterprise 09 festival.
Organisers are asking all to come down and help kick-start the festivities.
Some of the performers involved in the festival will perform little tasters to entice visitors back, but the main focus of the evening will be publishing duo The Ladies Of The Press.
The pair will be on hand to receive art from anyone who comes down, be it poems, doodles, or daubs, as part of their Enter: Press initiative.
