The Docklands Light Railway was hit by further problems on Wednesday morning - separate to the derailment on Tuesday.

A faulty train at Lewisham meant delays and disruption across all DLR networks.

It followed Tuedsay morning's incident which saw passengers trapped inside carriages for up to half an hour at West India Quay following a derailment.

The train was eventually removed from the scene at about 10pm, when it was taken to the DLR depot at Poplar for further investigation.
